About Us

Upon graduating, Monisha was hired as the manager of marketing and promotions at "Rap Sheet," a leading Los Angeles based publication. While there, Monisha was the director of special events and conferences, artist/event promotions, photo sessions, and many other aspects of marketing for their clients. After her tenure at "Rap Sheet", Monisha founded Starr Entertainment, a very successful casting firm in Los Angeles. Throughout her career she has worked with various artists and talent in many capacities.

Upon graduating, Brittani was hired as the senior event manager of Industry Events, Inc., a leading Los Angeles based corporate event production and catering company. Soon she became CEO of Industry Events, Inc. producing hundreds of events with several thousands in attendance.

With over 20 years of experience in the Industry, Mo and Brit launched BritMo, Inc. in 2013. BritMo, Inc. has proven to be an innovative and professional management, casting, special event production and event staffing company.

The objective of BritMo, Inc. was to go beyond the standard capabilities of traditional companies.  By offering a team approach to provide services in a creative and professional way, Mo and Brit enhance the image and concept of each and every client.

In 2021, BritMo, Inc. has transitioned its expertise and experience in launching a SAG Franchised Talent Agency. Mo and Brit look forward to building the most innovative Talent Agency in Southern California!
